ANNIE RELIA BABB FOSTER 

  Mrs. Annie Relia Foster, 20, years old, wife of J.G. Foster, died at 
10 o'clock yesterday morning at her home, 724 Windsor Avenue.  The body 
will be taken to Courtland at 7:35 o'clock tomorrow morning for funeral 
and burial.  Besides her husband, she is survived by her mother, Mrs. 
Annie L. Johnson; one brother, R.B. Babb, and three sisters, Mrs. Rosa 
Morse, and Miss Mary and Lucy Denson.

   Apparently unmarked, she has also been added to the listing for the plot.

Annie's marriage record is not readily found (Mar 2018), but her husband seems 
   to be identical with widower Joseph Gale Foster, who 2m. 15 Apr 1926 in 
   Norfolk divorcee Mary E. McKown Luck.  They are buried in Forest Lawn 
   Cemetery, Norfolk; a photo of their monument is posted with their Find a 
   Grave Memorials, #32945988 & #32946000.

   Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk; a photo of their marker & 2 of William

   b. 13 May 1871, Southampton Co.  His marker gives "1870 - 1946." 
   William's D.Cert. (#18751) gives b. 13 May 1871, b. Norfolk, sn/o 
   Joseph Gale Foster & Mary Ann Browley, both b. Va. 
   Joseph Gale Foster, sn/o John W., & Mary Susan Browley m. 24 Apr 1856, 
   in Norfolk.
